A creation of renowned New York restaurateurs Frederick Lesort (Opia, Frederick's Bar, Jour et Nuit) and Roy Liebenthal (Pop, Pop Burger), the Lemon opened its doors in 1995, and was one of the first establishments to make its home in the prime Park Avenue South location.
